Today’s juice was not a big success for me. I drank it for the vitamins, but I didn’t like it.
1 handful kale
2 stalks celery
I think it needed less cucumber or more beet, or something to perk it up a little. Back to the drawing board on this one. Maybe I should read any one of the 50-60 recipes that I have 🙂
More beets – ha! ha! But, you probably knew I would say that. I also find that if I put just a piece of fruit in with the vegie juices it helps with the taste. Or, even a lemon if you like tart (it will be sour!). lemon seems to brighten all of the flavors in a juice. Very good in fruit juices.
And, as far as not liking this one – it happens. John and I have drank plenty of “stinker” juices.
