Living is Dying is Living Playlist

The theme for this month at Yogawood related to death. So, for last night’s class, I had a focus on the how living is dying, and dying is living. I didn’t end up doing as much discussion of it in class as I planned (some days the mouth and brain are just not that connected!), but the music worked well.
