Starting in May, I’m teaching a gentle yoga class at Yogawood in Collingswood, NJ on Tuesday nights at 6:30.  Come and join me for some good music and a gentle moving flow!

Individual yoga sessions are also available. See the Nutrition and Wellness Services page for more information.

I make many class playlists. Sometimes it’s easy, and sometimes less so. It’s more of a challenge when there is a theme I’m going for, or when the class is yin, gentle, or something where I feel there is a little less latitude. But, hearing about other people’s playlists is very helpful for me, so I am compiling my lists here as a reference for others!

This is just a sampling of the playlists that I have made for class.
