Get Down, Yogi – Yogi, Get Down!

I’ve been making a lot of playlists for class lately.  Sometimes it’s easy, and sometimes less so.  It’s more of a challenge when there is a theme I’m going for, or when the class is yin, gentle, or something where I feel there is a little less latitude.  But, hearing about other people’s playlists is very helpful for me, so I’ve posted a couple here and will continue to do so.   Recent additions include:

Great suggestions. I am going to add a bunch of those to my playlists. Low Anthem is my cousin’s band, so I am thrilled to see it listed. I’ve been obsessed with practicing to Tracey Chapman’s Change.

No way! (yes, way, Lorin, I just said it was, didn’t I?) I love Low Anthem. I need to cobble together more lists for Yin. I have a little more fun making vinyasa lists, I think, just because you can add more variation in tone/feel across the practice. I should go relisten to “Change.”
